Who we are

FlatPackAssembler.co.uk is an information and lead-generation website. We publish guidance about flat pack furniture assembly and pass quote enquiries to independent assembly businesses. We do not carry out assembly work and we are not a party to any contract you make with an assembler.

The quote service

• The service is free for homeowners and carries no obligation to book.
• Submitting an enquiry authorises us to share its contents with up to three assembly businesses covering your postcode.
• We don't guarantee that any assembler will respond, or that a quote will be available for every job or area.
• Any booking you make is a direct contract between you and the assembler: their price, their terms, their workmanship. Check their insurance and terms before booking.
• We never ask you for payment. Report anyone who does in our name.

Guides and content

Our guides are general information, not professional advice. Price figures are indicative ranges, clearly labelled, and can differ from what you're quoted. Always rely on the specific quotes and the manufacturer's instructions for your furniture, especially for safety matters such as wall-anchoring.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false enquiries, scrape the site, or use it to send spam or malicious content. We may decline to process enquiries we believe are not genuine.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from work carried out by assemblers we introduce, from your use of the guides, or from the site being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
